Hello and welcome.
My name is Colin Gerrish. I am 72 years young and retired to Hastings on the sunny South Coast of England with my wife in 2017.
My hobbies
Indoor Bowls at EPIBC in Bexhill has become my main pastime since suffering a near fatal heart attack in 2023. I now play regularly with my wife and also a friend at least twice a week. This has become important as a means of keeping fit in an environment where I could always call on others to help in the event of any reoccurrence of my heart issues. Carp fishing was my previous hobby but as my main focus was centred around remote lakes this is no longer practical as I always fished alone, which could prove disastrous if I were to have any problems.
Travel Experiences
Worldwide travel with my wife is always a welcome break from the usual routine of retirement
